What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), and the content of your message.
- Phone and email enquiries: the substance of the conversation, kept in our normal email records.
- Technical: IP address and basic browser metadata, logged by our hosting provider for security and rate-limiting.

What we do with it
We use this data to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, run any contract that follows, secure the site, and — only if you consent — improve the site via aggregated analytics. The legal bases under GDPR are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and (for analytics) your consent.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions and related email: up to 24 months from the date of the enquiry, or longer if a contract follows. Server logs: 30 days. Cookies: see the Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We use a small set of third-party processors for hosting, email delivery, content management, rate-limiting, and (if you consent) analytics — each bound by a data-processing agreement. A full list is available on request. Some processors operate outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or move your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@mountainlodge.ie to exercise any of these — we'll respond within one month.
