- How quickly can you respond to a service call-out?
- We aim to respond within the same week. Service and maintenance is run by one dedicated engineer, so urgent jobs are scheduled as fast as the existing list allows. Call 01 824 0836 for the quickest response.
- Do you work as a sub-contractor under a main contractor's safety plan?
- Yes — we sit under the main contractor's overarching plan but bring our own safety statements, method statements and risk assessments to every site. Our team is Safe Pass / CSCS certified and we carry €13M public liability insurance.
- Do you provide as-built and O&M documentation?
- Yes. Every project is handed over with the full O&M pack — commissioning records, warranty certificates, manufacturer manuals and as-built drawings — supplied to the main contractor or end client at completion.
- What's your minimum project size?
- No minimum. We've worked on jobs ranging from single-boiler replacements in private homes up to full mechanical fit-outs on 282-apartment developments. Send the spec and we'll quote it.
- Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts?
